How We Keep Your Account Safe
Account security at kiss198 is layered — no single point covers everything. From the connection your device makes to how your payment data is stored, each step has a specific protection in place. Here is what each one does.
Encrypted connection
Every page you load on kiss198 runs over an SSL-encrypted connection. Your browser sends and receives data in encrypted form, so nothing between your device and our servers is readable in transit.
OTP login verification
Each new login from an unrecognised device triggers a one-time password sent to your registered phone number. You can't access the account without entering that OTP, even if someone else has your password.
Transaction records on your account
Every deposit and withdrawal is logged with a reference number, the RM amount, the wallet used and a timestamp. You can check your transaction history from the account screen at any time.
Payment and personal data handling
We don't store your full e-wallet credentials on our servers. Payment confirmations go through the wallet provider's own secure channel; only the transaction reference and amount are recorded against your account.

How to Move Around the kiss198 Lobby
The lobby is split into category tabs at the top of the screen — Slots, Live Casino, Table Games, Sportsbook and Fishing are each one tap away. From slots, you can filter by studio: pick Pragmatic Play to find Gates of Olympus or Sweet Bonanza, or PG Soft for Mahjong Ways. Live Casino takes you straight into the streaming room where Royal Baccarat and Live Roulette tables are listed by stakes. The Sportsbook tab shows active football markets including English Premier League fixtures and badminton events.
Use the top navigation tabs to move between Slots, Live Casino, Sportsbook and Fishing rooms. Your session carries over — switching tabs doesn't close an active game or reset your balance.
The search bar at the top of the lobby filters by game name or provider. Type 'Aviator', 'Wave Crash Game' or 'Fisherman Boat Slots' and the result appears immediately without scrolling through the full catalogue.
Inside the Live Casino tab, tables are sorted by game type and stake level. Pick a Royal Baccarat table by minimum bet, join the live stream, and the deal starts on the next shoe. No waiting room on most tables.
Tap the account icon for your balance, active offers, transaction history and withdrawal requests. The deposit shortcut here lets you top up via GrabPay or DuitNow without navigating back to the main cashier screen.
